We propose suitable casting processes tailored to product shapes and specifications, from alkaline phenolic casting to lost wax casting. Subsequently, we implement defect countermeasures unique to castings, such as shrinkage cavities, gas defects, and inclusions, using analysis techniques based on this casting simulation. In this document, we present examples where casting defects were improved through casting simulation.
